SHIPPING POLICY

 

DELIVERY PROCESS

As soon as you order on our website, our system starts processing your order immediately.

  • If the order is ready to ship, we dispatch it with immediate effect.
  • It will take additional time to deliver customized or made to order items depending on the type of item.
  • Due care is taken with respect to the quality of the product to be dispatched via courier.
  • Also, safety measures are adequately followed during the packaging stage of the product until it reaches our trusted shipping associates.
  • The orders then reach you with utmost safety and hygiene protocols.
  • If your address is in a place that is not served by our shipping associates, our Theblockprintstore team will contact you and find an alternative solution to send your order to you.

 

DELIVERY TIME

·         Our normal delivery time range between 8-14 business days.

·         However, in case of customized or Made to order products, additional time will be required to deliver the product.

 

Kindly note: Festive season, adverse weather conditions or political crises or other calamity which cause disruption in regular working within the country or part of it related to the delivery channel, delivery may be delayed due to dependence on courier companies. We do the best we can to deliver your products to you on time. Any delay in that is unintentional shall be sufficed by and thank you for your patience.

 

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

Once done with order from our website, you will receive an email from THEBLOCKPRINTSTORE with the tracking partner name and tracking number providing information regarding when your order is to be shipped.

Post that, you simply click “Track your Shipment” and enter the AWB number to check how far your order has reached or how long your shipment will take.

PACKAGING OF ORDER

We take utmost care and make diligent efforts to ensure that you receive your order in the best conditions. So far, THEBLOCKPRINTSTORE has not received any complaints about product being damaged by packaging.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

At present, we take only prepaid orders. Although there are no extra charges, prepaid orders are kept on priority while processing.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADRRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Yes, change of shipping address before the order has been processed (shipped) is allowed. You can make a request for change of address by mailing the same to us on our mail id i.e., blockprintstore@gmail.com or contact us on +91-9722112477.
In case, you request for a change in the address after it has been shipped, we will have to reship your order again to a different address which will charge you INR 200.


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

International shipping charges and duties

All the orders to be delivered outside India will be charged INR 1000 per kg (approx. USD 12). Kindly note that customs duties and taxes will be charged during delivery based on actual duties charged by the country mentioned in the shipping address.

Return, exchange or cancellation of an international order

You can request the cancellation your order within 48 hours of placing the order by emailing us at blockprintstore@gmail.com. Kindly note that international orders also qualify for returns or exchanges.

 

Delivery Time 

Once the order is shipped from our side, it will take about 10-12 working days for your international order to reach you.

Payment methods accepted by BLOCKPRINTSTORE for international orders

We accept almost all the methods. You can use any international card to make the payment for your across-borders orders.
