EXCHANGE, RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We, at Theblockprintstore, are committed to making your shopping experience completely hassle-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Purchasing any product from our website indicated that you have accepted, understood and agreed to abide by the below-mentioned terms & conditions. We kindly request you to go through the following terms & conditions prior to making any purchase from our website:
Kindly note: Any item of sale, discount or being purchased with a coupon code/gift voucher cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless in case of damage product or wrong product sent. Kindly check the order completely before placing it.
· Exchange and Return Policy:
We, at theblockprintstore, take optimal care with respect to quality of our product and that our product match the customer’s standards and requirements. However, in case you receive damaged or defective product, kindly send it backto our address along with the order number and reason for return. Once we receive the product back, we shall rematch the same with your order and in case of discrepancy, a fresh piece will be dispatched to you immediately.
Kindly note, this only applies in case of goods damaged/ defective before receiving.
Customer will be issued a credit note for the amount of product returned within 5 working days post receiving the product if the desired product is out of stock or if the customer wishes to only return the product. Such credit note will be valid for a period of 60 days from issue of such credit note.
We request you to kindly send the product back to us within 45 days of receiving the product. At present, we do not have any reverse pickup facility. Kindly take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person and share the details with us for re-confirmation. We, At theblockprintstore, shall not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail. Any product applicable for return that do not reach theblockprintstore address will be treated as non-returned.

Kindly note, exchange can be done within 45 days from the date of delivery, given the request of exchange is received by us within 7 days of the exchange. Only products that are not used, unworn, not washed, not damaged and whose tags and labels are entirely intact, in the original packaging and are entitled to be exchanged. Please ensure that you mention your name, address, contact details and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
Point to know before you put the exchange request for our product in order to avoid exchange inconvenience: -
-Tassel pulled (you can easily fix it).
-Zipper or button can be fixed at your end, we provide you with an extra piece always.
However, Customized order or Made to Order wear will not be eligible for return under any given circumstances.
Kindly Note: Exchange and/or Return will be accepted only in case when the defective or damaged goods are received. Exchange can also be made for replacement of product to get another size of the same product (provided all the terms & conditions regarding the same are duly met).
In circumstances where the product qualifies for size exchange, you may mail us at theblockprintstorehome@gmail.com specifically within 7 days of receiving the parcel to request for the exchange. The request for size exchange will be accepted only once. Please make the decisions accordingly.
· Cancellation Policy
We can accept cancellation upto 48 hours of placing the order. Please call us on +91-9722112477, or mail us at theblockprintstorehome@gmail.com to request for the cancellation. Cancellation directly through the website is not possible at the moment.
The Buyers/ Customers agrees not to dispute against the policies made by Theblockprintstore and thereafter accept Bella Pink’s decision regarding the cancellation.
· Refund Policy
Customer is liable to refund of the entire amount of product returned in following situations:
1. If the item sent for exchange is not available, provided all the terms & conditions as mentioned above with respect to exchange of products is duly complied with.
2. If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product, then we give refunds to the customer if the customer demands.
3. 100% refund will be given if product is not available or the vendor is not able to ship the products.
4. On cancellation request being received within due time.
For courier products, If the delivery address is outside the service area, then only a 100% refund will be given.
Refund will be provided in 5 days except the following:
1. Gift Certificates
2. Items that have been used or opened
3. Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
4. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
